今週もSJ校で英語のレッスン。

bottle it up = holding/hiding emothins
hot under the collar = angry
breathing space = personal space or time
I'm very rusty = out of practice
to count on = to rely on
to get into the swing of it = to get used to something and start doing it well

I feel out of sorts = I feel unhappy
once-in-a-lifetime = unlikely to be repeated
to get away from it all = to escape from the routine of daily life
to take it easy = to relax <->to be upright
